I came to know Bruce when we were looking to lease our property. Despite of a lot of construction and noise going on at that time around our property, Bruce managed to lease it within one week with more than expected rental!! Since then, I had no doubt about Bruce’s excellent and professional skill set. Then we decided to sell our property.
